Super easy. Here are the ingredients:
- 3 frozen bananas (don't be a muppet and peel them before putting them in the freezer... some of us only learn the hard way though! ;o))
- Almonds (a couple of handfuls)
- Chocolate (we used about 50gr... but more is nice too!)
- Cocoa Powder (we used 4 table spoons, use whatever you feel like)
- Agave syrup (to be honest this is not really necessary unless you use very unripe bananas)

Step 1: peel the bananas and freeze them (if you don't do this, you wont be able to peel them later!)
Step 2: toast some almonds in a pan
No oil, just heat and stir |
Step 4: put frozen bananas, cocoa powder, chocolate chunks, agave syrup and finally ground almonds in the processor, ideally in this order not like in the photo ;o) Process well!
