Acro Yoga

One of us is keener on yoga than the other but we are always up for a team challenge so decided to give Acroyoga a go a few weekends back!

Acroyoga, as you may guess from the name, has an acrobatic element to it. It is also called "partner yoga" as you work at it in pairs: there is a base and a flyer - in our case it was easy to decide who was going to be which! ;o)

Volcán Osorno

What is the meaning of life? no idea (apparently to find your gift)... what is the purpose of life? (apparently to give your gift away!) probably to learn and experience as much as you can. A part of that is work but when you are in a beautiful place like Chile one needs to make opportunities and take advantage as they present themselves to explore and see what amazing places our planet has to offer. Los Lagos is one of the most picturesque regions in Chile (one can argue in the world!). It still has lots of native forests, wild and untamed rivers (not so many due to salmon farming but this is one for another post!), pristine lakes and all of this with the beautiful addition of permanently snow capped volcanoes.

Cerro Ñipa

Here is a quick little blog about another hike, Cerro Ñipa. It has been on our "to-do" list for a few months now, but the alignment of the planets was never quite right, or something, and therefore we only got around to do it couple of weekends ago. We are posting it here because it is really close to Santiago, actually rather nice (most of it at least!) and one of those hidden gems that people easily tend to overlook because there´s some more popular stuff just around the corner.

Sky Diving

Now and again it is time to push one's limits and get out of the "comfort zone"... which is precisely what we did a few weeks ago when we decided to try sky diving!
